Gerald McMorrow

Growing up with an overactive imagination and a strict diet of movies and comics led to an inevitable life and career in film.

Trained in the field as an Assistant Director and then as a film maker at New York University, Gerald started making numerous music videos and commercials and has picked up awards from the Creative Circle and the BTA.

His commercial for iCount’s “I’m Irresistible” campaign for Live Earth won the 2008 Green Award. Recently, Gerald has been working on adverts for clients that include SEGA, Panasonic, Lloyds, UEFA and Alton Towers.

His first short film “Thespian X” won the London Film Festival’s first prize. Gerald has since gone on to write and direct his first feature film “Franklyn”, a fantasy thriller set in London, produced by Oscar winning producer Jeremy Thomas. He lives and works in London.
