Beginning her career within documentaries, she has directed numerous factual programmes including 'Would Like to Meet?' for the BBC and several shows for Channel 4 including 'Property Ladder', comedy documentary 'Daisy Daisy' and RTS nominated, 'Grand Designs Abroad' with Kevin McCloud.
After realising her passion lay with advertising, Ita found her happy niche writing and directing for 4Creative. She has enjoyed working on various campaigns for brands such as MaxFactor, Impulse, Pantene, Olay, Oral B and Head & Shoulders.
Ita has also written and directed promos and trailers for Channel 4, including Derren Brown's 'Trick or Treat', Charlie Brooker's 'You Have Been Watching', Gok Wan's 'How to Look Good Naked', 'Embarrassing Bodies', 'Million Pound Drop' and 'Dispatches'.

Director Yann Secouet's third installment of Saab's hugely successful typographic exhibition campaign for Stockholm-based creative agency Lowe Brindfors."Phoenix" continues Yann's technique of slow motion achieved through the use of high speed camera. In this installment, it takes the viewers into an evocative visual environment framed by the capture of explosion and flame. The film took around ten days of testing to perfect, and required the expertise of an ex-ballistics expert from the Ministry of Defense.
